The main profile of our office is administration in relation to National, International and European intellectual property matters. Our office has nearly 30 years of experience in the field of intellectual property: patent, trademark, design and copyright, in the filings and registrations, and in the handling of disputes and litigations relating to intellectual property.
Our experience
- According to our experience by itself the registering of intellectual property rights is not sufficient. Effective intellectual property protection needs to consider the environment of the market and the business interests of the owners.

Our background
The founding partners of our office are Tamas Peter Varga (European Patent Attorney, European Trademark Attorney) and Ildiko Szilagyi (European Trademark Attorney), who work on the field of intellectual property protection with an experience of near three decades. Our activities cover a wide area of intellectual property administration relating to innovations and technical research and development.
Our aim is to enable the entrance of our clients’ products, services and technologies into the European market by providing intellectual property protection strategies and administration aligned with our clients’ business interests.
